Endless Nights RPG creates a new adventure each time you play the game.
Endless Nights is a role-playing game in the rogue-like tradition, which means randomized adventure areas, random dungeons and a different adventure each time you play the game. The TitanFire RPG system used in the game provides for strategic combat by putting an emphasis on defense and on developing strategies to break through the defenses of your opponent during combat. Endless Nights lets you play **your** way, with a skills-based system that recognizes the actions of your character in the game and develops those skills. This means you can choose to use a sword, or a mace, use magic or pray to the gods, and you never need worry about picking a class and no visiting trainers to learn new skills.A tweak to the rogue-like style is the Profile system, which allows for a certain amount of permanence with the inclusion of profiles that allow you to carry over some gold or gems to a new character. Good but fix saves. When I try to reload a game the loading screen never finishes
Great game, needs minor updates. My game keeps crashing and losing the save data whenever I leave the app for an extended period of time (maybe 12-24 hours). It often tries to reload the area but never succeeds. Playing on Galaxy S9. Also directional pad is too low for devices with virtual home and back buttons. I keep accedentally hitting back and leaving the app when I just try to move my character down
I enjoy the game and I will keep it installed but there seems to be an issue where, mid-game, it bugs out and your sprite loses his weapons, you cannot cast spells and if you close or change zone it will try to load forever then say it failed. TL:DR, Great game but one, considerable, bug.
Basically all the complaints in the other reviews: uncompletable quests, some times fatal lag-time (all of this designers games)
Now that I've successfully completed the game a few times, it's become painfully apparent most of the quests are broken, and the game screws up a bit more than I appreciate for one that I've paid for.
Mostly an enjoyable game. Unfortunately most of the quests cannot be completed, because the game doesn't always create quest objects. There is some lag at times, too. I hope these issues are fixed in a future version. If they are, I'll raise my rating to 5 stars and recommended this game to everyone. As is, the 99 cent price tag is a bit too high for a broken game.
The game is great except for the one life only play style. It gets very old having to constantly restart with nothing every time you die. It would be nice to atleast have some kind of guarented carry over or permenant bonuses earned through acheivment.
Reminds me of the NES days fun and challenging.
I love the game but it take 7 minutes to load and that's if it likes you, its never saved my game it always has technical issues in the load and it makes me sad cuz the game play and everything else is immense I love it but I never play it cuz I can't load my games or it will freeze shut me out the take 7 minutes to load back forcing me to start over :( it's really a shame cuz its SO AWESOME but the loading is just complete BS
